Developing a 160 kW continuous wave circulator for the P-band high-frequency system of the Wuhan light source by XIAO Chengcheng, ZHANG Qiang, WANG Cheng, ZHANG Junqiang, FANG Wencheng, XU Yiming

    Published 2025-01-01
“…Finally, a constant temperature water tank was employed to simulate the change in water temperature during actual operation, the reliability of temperature compensation function of the control unit was verified by the performance of the circulator restoring to the best condition.ResultsThe insertion loss is better than -29 dB under the worst case of a complete short circuit at the output port, the circulator loss is less than 0.1 dB in the bandwidth of ±5 MHz, and this loss reaches 0.06 dB at the center frequency.ConclusionsThe S parameters of the circulator meet the design requirements, and the reliability of the temperature control compensation unit of circulator is verified by constant temperature water tank simulation test in this study.…”

The protection of recominbinant human erythropoietin at different doses on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism by ZHANG Ting, SHI Guo-hui

    Published 2015-01-01
“…Objective To investigate the protective effects of recominbinant human erythropoietin(rhEPO) at different doses on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its possible mechanism. Methods The experiment was performed in Central Laboratory and Pathophysiology Laboratory of North China University of Science and Technology from January 2015 to July 2015.40 male healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:sham surgery group(S-group),ischemia reperfusion injury group(IR-group),high dosage rhEPO group(H-group),middle dosage rhEPO group(M-group),low dosage rhEPO group(L-group).The rat model of RIRI was induced by bilateral clamping the renal artery and vein for 45 minutes followed by reperfusion. After the success of making animal model,rHuEPO was administered subcutaneously at the dose of 5 000 IU/kg,3 000 IU/kg,1 000 IU/kg in the treatment groups before reperfusion. The level of serum creatinine(SCr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) was measured by colorimetry. And the level of HO-1 and IL-6 were measured by immumohistochemical analysis.Kidney tissue morphology changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Results Compared with S-group,SCr and BUN in IR-group had rised significantly after ischemia reperfusion form for one hour(P<0.05).And SCr incresed with the extension of reperfusion time.In different reperfusion time point(1,6,12,24 h),the SCr and BUN in H-group and M-group both had a downward trend, especially in H-group.Compared with IR-group,the renal function of L-group did not changed apparently. After reperfusion 24 hours, the SCr and BUN did not reach its highest. The expression in the kidney tissue of IL-6 and HO-1 in IR-group were higher than S-group.The level of IL-6 in H-group and M-group were significantly lower than IR-group.But the level of HO-1 were rised. And these changed were associated with the dose of rhEPO.However, make a comparison with IRgroup, the L-group did not show significant change.IR-group mainly involves renal tubular epithelial cells. Conclusions Compared with IR-group,S-group visible to the normal rat renal glomerular and tubular morphology organization. And there were no obvious tissue necrosis.…”
