Genome-Wide In Silico Analysis of 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate oxidase (ACO) Gene Family in Rice (<i>Oryza sativa</i> L.) by Jing Xia, Yingsheng Qiu, Wanli Li, Yingcheng Zhang, Linxin Liu, Yi Wang, Wangshu Mou, Dawei Xue

    Published 2024-12-01
“…The expression assay by RT-qPCR revealed that <i>OsACO</i> genes exhibited tissue-specific expression and were significantly altered under various abiotic stresses, indicating their potential involvement in these processes regulated at the transcriptional level. Additionally, we predicted candidate-targeting miRNAs and identified putative cysteine sites of S-nitrosylation (SNO) and S-sulfhydration (SSH) in OsACOs, providing insights into their post-transcriptional and post-translational regulatory mechanisms. …”

Entre a criação e a exposição: o museu como ateliê do artista. Breve introdução ao tema by Teresa Azevedo

    Published 2014-06-01
“…Although in the early 1970s, artists such as Daniel Buren or Robert Smithson declared the ‘extinction’ of the studio, thus promoting a creative process with place as an intrinsic part of the work, resulting in what would later be known as the post-studio era, I will argue that the studio, if understood as ‘a space and a condition’ is always present in the genesis and development of the creative process, reflecting its inherent tensions, advances and regressions. …”

Modeling Dust Production, Growth, and Destruction in Reionization-era Galaxies with the CROC Simulations: Methods and Parameter Exploration by Clarke J. Esmerian, Nickolay Y. Gnedin

    Published 2022-01-01
“…We introduce a model for the explicit evolution of interstellar dust in a cosmological galaxy formation simulation. We post-process a simulation from the Cosmic Reionization on Computers project, integrating an ordinary differential equation for the evolution of the dust-to-gas ratio along pathlines in the simulation sampled with a tracer particle technique. …”

SimMan 3G Simulation-Based Instruction for the Extracorporeal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Transfer Procedure by Wang L, Ren YQ, Qian Y, Sun RQ, Li DF

    Published 2025-07-01
“…There was a statistically significant difference in theoretical knowledge scores, operational skill scores, and patient transfer time between the pre- and post-training periods (P &lt; 0.05). Following training, the conventional teaching group had a theoretical knowledge average score of 82.46± 10.91, the highest score was 92, and the lowest score was 64, operational skill average score of 88.35± 17.71, the highest score was 93, and the lowest score was 76, and patient transfer time of 97± 10.68 seconds, while the SimMan 3G simulation teaching group had a theoretical knowledge average score of 88.78± 13.55, the highest score was 96, and the lowest score was 78, operational skill average score of 95.32± 20.15, the highest score was 98, and the lowest score was 85, and patient transfer time of 68.25± 4.03 seconds.Conclusion: The training effect of the ECPR transfer process can be greatly improved by using the SimMan3G simulation-based teaching, and this method can also play a role in clinical continuing education with significantly less time and effort invested. Keywords: ECPR, simman 3G, simulation teaching, transfer process…”
