Study on the effect of GCY-12 gene on albendazole sensitivity of Haemonchus contortus by RNA interference
Published 2025-05-01“…The GCY-12 gene of H. contortus eggs was silenced by RNA interference (RNAi) test. The reaction temperature was optimized, the expression of silenced eggs was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) technology, and the drug resistance of silenced eggs was detected by egg hatch assay (EHA).ResultsThe results showed that the gene expression level decreased significantly after GCY-12 interference, and the sensitivity of H. contortus to albendazole increased.DiscussionThis study highlights the potential role of GCY-12 in modulating albendazole resistance in H. contortus, offering new insights for developing effective therapeutic approaches.…”

Rate-splitting scheme and its achievable sum-rate for the symmetric cyclic Gaussian interference channel
Published 2013-06-01“…By analyzing the performance of Han-Kobayashi (HK) strategy in the N-user cyclic Gaussian symmetric in-terference channel, an adaptive odd-even symmetric rate-splitting scheme was proposed to reduce the complexity and in-crease the sum-rate to the inner bound of HK, which contains various schemes based on rate-splitting and optimal split ratio. Numerical simulation results of symmetric scheme in the high SNR and the general SNR regimes indicate that, in wide range of transmitted power and interference factor, the sum-rate achieved using adaptive rate-splitting scheme is higher than that achieved using the scheme proposed by Tse et al., and approaches the inner bound of HK scheme in the general SNR regimes.…”
