    Published 2014-01-01
“…Split-torque gear transmission is widely used in power transmission of shipbuilding and aviation.Studying on its optimal design has a huge significance on further reducing weight and improving load capacity. With considering dual-path split-torque gear transmission as the study object, choosing two-phase genetic algorithm which is based on the theory of punctuated equilibrium as optimization method, and taking minimum volume of gear transmission system as target function,in the premise of ensuring gear non-interference,teeth fitting, strength requirement conditions and so on,a dual-path split-torque gear transmission optimization model is established, and a optimal result is obtained. The result shows that two-phase genetic algorithm has a better optimal capacity, and the gear volume using this message has a 20% drop-off compared with conventional design.…”

SRS prioritization and time-shift transmit mechanism based sidelink radio interface synchronization scheme by Xiaoyong ZHOU, Bin SHEN, Lang XU, Xiaoge HUANG

    Published 2018-12-01
“…For LTE-V2X system, acquiring the synchronization reference signal (SRS) is indispensable for vehicles to establish service connections in the network. However, there are some vehicles may not obtain the SRS and consequently fail to be synchronized with the network. In order to solve this problem,a sidelink (SL) radio interface synchronization scheme was proposed.Vehicles select an optimal SPS according to SRS priority division mechanism. The SRS are given different priorities, where the priorities of different synchronization sources can be distinguished in a time-shift based SRS transmit mechanism and meanwhile the interference among the SRS of different sources can be effectively suppressed.Simulation results illustrate that even when the synchronization source is assigned a priority of four, the synchronization error can still be satisfied the requirement.Compared with the conventional synchronization schemes, the proposed scheme supports an expanded synchronization range aided by synchronization over the SL and achieves mitigation of SRS interference with the time-shift based SRS transmit mechanism. The proposed scheme can serve as an efficacious and feasible solution for the LTE-V2X system.…”

Impact and compensation of sample clock offset in I-CFDMA uplink by Dan DING, Nai-ping CHENG, Yu-rong LIAO

    Published 2015-10-01
“…To achieve the sample clock synchronization in the interleaved code and frequency division multiple access(I-CFDMA)uplink,the I-CFDMA uplink model was established, and the disturbance of the sample clock offset(SCO)on the system model was discussed,in addition, the signal time shift, phase rotation,multi-user interference(MUI)and inter-carrier interference(ICI)caused by SCO were analyzed quantitatively. On this basis,a compensation method of multi-user SCO was proposed. For one thing, the relevant metric function was modified considering the SCO of each user; for another thing,a multi-user detection(MUD)algorithm based on harmony search was proposed. This algorithm has a higher efficiency than the commonly-used genetic algorithm(GA),as well as a performance approximate to that of optimal detection without SCO but with <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> <mfrac> <mn>1</mn> <mrow> <mn>64</mn></mrow> </mfrac> </math></inline-formula> computational burden. The computer simulation results validate the conclusions obtained.…”
