Dynamic power control scheme for C-V2X communication with channel inversion
Published 2021-02-01“…In cellular vehicle-to-everything(C-V2X)system, V2V(vehicle-to-vehicle)-based communication utilizes the spectrum resource of cellular users(CUE)to reduce the load of base stations, and thus realize partial near-field V2V communication.Although the V2V-based communication can improve the transmission rate of system, it causes co-frequency interference. To solve the problem, a dynamic power control scheme with channel inversion was proposed. In this scheme, channel inversion power control on V2V users(VUE)was performed to compensate the truncation interruption caused by limited transmission power in the non-truncated area, where the co-frequency interference between cellular users and V2V users was solved through dynamic power control.Furthermore, the optimal dual solution of objective function was obtained by Lagrange multiplier method and the optimal power allocation was carried out for cellular users and V2V users by bisection method, which met the rate requirements of all cellular users. Finally, the total transmission rate of V2V users was maximized.Numerical simulation results were shown that when the total outage probability of V2V users was 0.866, the proposed scheme was promoted by 48%.…”

Resource allocation strategies for improved mayfly algorithm in cognitive heterogeneous cellular network
Published 2022-06-01“…Aiming at the optimization of uplink resource allocation in cognitive heterogeneous cellular networks, a resource allocation algorithm based on improved discrete mayfly algorithm was proposed. In the cognitive heterogeneous cellular network model, the power control strategy was introduced to control the interference suppression of transmitted power, and the improved discrete mayfly algorithm was used to optimize and solve the optimal distribution scheme based on the user’s quality of service (QoS) requirements and interference threshold constraints to maximize the energy efficiency (EE).In order to improve the convergence rate and search ability of the mayfly algorithm, the dynamic adaptive weights of incomplete Gamma and Beta distribution functions and the golden sine position updating strategy were introduced. The simulation results show that the closed-loop power control based on SINR can dynamically adjust the transmitting power of users and effectively restrain the interference between users. The GSWBMA has good optimization efficiency and convergence performance to solve the resource allocation problem, effectively improve the energy efficiency of the system and the transmission rate of users, and ensure the QoS requirements of users.…”

Spatio-frequency domain opportunistic access in CR-MIMO system based on primary transmission mode information
Published 2012-01-01“…An opportunistic spatio-frequency access (OSFA) strategy for CR-MIMO system was designed. When spectrum holes exist, cognitive service was implemented applying overlay approach. While there was no idle spectrum available, primary transmission mode information (PTMI) and inter-system interference channel information were exploited. And cognitive service was implemented using underlay approach. The method utilizes both spatial correlation and eigenmode transmission gain in spatial resource quality aluation.Consequently, selection diversity of both authorized channel and cognitive eigenmode was achieved. Moreover,PTMI based signal processing reduced the antenna requirement for cognitive system as well as the power loss of cognitive signal.Simulation results indicate that the proposed method could achieve significant improvement of cognitive service and near-optimal cognitive throughput on the premise that no interference is imposed on the primary.…”
