Determination of Tungsten, Molybdenum and 5 Associated Elements in Tungsten-Molybdenum Ore by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry with Direct Sintering
Published 2023-10-01“…It is insoluble in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia, and the alkali melting and mixed acid dissolution method was often selected for sample digestion. However, the matrix effect cause by the alkali melting method seriously affects the accuracy and detection limit of instrument testing; the acid dissolution method has low dissolution efficiency for tungsten, molybdenum and other insoluble elements, and requires a long time and a complex pretreatment process by using a variety of inorganic strong acids such as hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia, which can also cause damage to the analytical and testing instruments.OBJECTIVESTo develop a simple and efficient method for quantitative analysis of tungsten and molybdenum and its associated elements in tungsten-molybdenum ore.METHODSBased on alkaline melting and acid dissolution, a method was established by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) with direct sintering and complex extraction of hydrochloric acid-phosphoric acid-citric acid. …”

Low-Carbon-Economic Collaborative Optimal Dispatching of Microgrid Considering Electricity-Hydrogen Integration
Published 2024-05-01“…In order to solve the problem that microgrids lack accurate characterization of carbon emission flow, which leads to the increasing contradiction between the low-carbon operation mode and the economic operation mode in operation level and the poor balance between low-carbon and economy, this paper constructs an electricity-hydrogen integrated operation framework considering power to hydrogen (P2H) and and multi-energy coupling, and proposes a low-carbon - economic collaborative double-layer optimal dispatching model for microgrid considering carbon emission flow and low-carbon demand response. …”

Process Optimization of Plasma Etching on the Size Reduction of Polystyrene Microspheres
Published 2025-07-01“…The inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching technique, along with polystyrene (PS) microspheres as masks for etching technology, has been widely applied in the fabrication of silicon nanoarrays. However, the size reduction process of PS microspheres during etching is often accompanied by surface quality degradation.Additionally, the morphology of PS microspheres is influenced by multiple process parameters, making research challenging. To address these challenges,an orthogonal experimental method was employed to thoroughly investigate the process effects of the ICP process in the size reduction of PS microspheres with a particle size of 10 μm.Results showed that the gas composition had a significant impact on the etching effect, while the RF power exhibited positive correlations with both microsphere size reduction and surface roughness, pressure showed a negative correlation with microsphere surface roughness, and gas flow rate had negligible effects.Based on the above conclusions, the optimal process parameters were ultimately determined as follows:addition of 20%CF4 to O2,RF power 200 W-100 W (inductive power-DC bias power),pressure 3.0 Pa,and gas flow rate 50 mL/min (O2 ∶CF4 flow ratio of 4 ∶1).Under the optimal process parameters, the surface roughness was minimized without compromising the etching reduction effect of PS microspheres. The highly linearized silicon nanoarrays with smooth outer surfaces were successfully fabricated using this optimized template.…”
