Joint blinding estimation of the spread-spectrum sequence and information sequence for short-code DS-SS signal
Published 2012-04-01“…The problem of joint blinding estimation of the spread-spectrum sequence and information sequence of DS-SS signals was studied.First, the received signal is divided into double-symbol-period-length temporal vectors, with one-symbol-period overlapping, accumulates of these vectors one by one to form the signal matrix. Then,an operation of singular value decomposition (SVD) may be applied to the matrix to estimate the spread-spectrum and information sequence jointly. The algorithm makes use of a single vector space to estimate the spread-spectrum sequence and information sequence blindly, without known the desynchronization time, even in low SNR.The algorithm is not only unaffected by the type of spreading spectrum sequence, but also avoids to solving the problem of the phase ambiguity when use two vectors to reconstruct spread-spectrum sequence, which based on EVD blinding estimate algorithm. So it heightens the validity of blinding estimation. At last, simulation results demonstrate the validity of the algorithm.…”

Adaptive resource allocation in multiuser OFDM system based on fairness threshold
Published 2011-01-01“…In traditional sub-carrier allocation process, user with the highest priority can choose best sub-carrier,which will result in low utilization of sub-carriers.Current improved algorithms can im-prove system capacity and reduce algorithm complexity by sacrificing certain fairness, but they may not achieve fairness requirement among users. In order to solve this problem,a new adaptive resource allo-cation algorithm based on fairness threshold was proposed,in which the priority of the sub-carrier allo-cation was determined by fairness threshold to achieve a rough tradeoff between capacity and fairness. Then power allocation base on particle swarm optimization(PSO) was introduced to realize the required fairness.Experimental results show that the proposed adaptive resource allocation algorithm can satisfy the fairness requirement threshold and improve system capacity.…”

Optimization strategy of multi-link energy efficient joint transmission of Wi-Fi 7
Published 2023-09-01“…In the multi-link non-simultaneous transmit and receive mode of next-generation Wi-Fi 7 protocol, the transmission ending time of multi-link device (MLD) needs to be aligned on each link, which may require data padding, resulting in the waste of spectrum resources and transmission energy consumption.A high energy efficient MLD transmission algorithm was proposed to improve the total energy efficiency of MLD station (STA) on the premise of meeting the data transmission delay limit. The proposed algorithm was optimized from the following three aspects: link data distribution ratio, communication resource allocation and STA transmission power.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce energy consumption by reducing padding data on the premise of guaranteeing the delay limit of data transmission, and the transmission energy efficiency of the system is increased by about 150% compared with that of the baseline scheme.…”
