Laser marking method for nonferrous metal casting ingots based on improved RANSAC algorithm by Zheng Rui

    Published 2025-01-01
“…On the ground of the optimized RANSAC to fit the plane equation, the normal vector of the plane is calculated, and the angle between the coordinate axis and the normal vector in the pendulum coordinate system is determined through the normal vector, enabling automatic alignment and vertical focusing functions to be achieved. Finally, based on the actual situation, the marking position is determined using set relationships to achieve motion control of mechanical functions. …”

PRECEDENCE IN MEDIA DISCOURSES: ON THE STUDY OF VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL PHENOMENA by T. V. Marchenko

    Published 2021-09-01
“…Integration and polycode character determine the mass media intertextuality, which is directly related to the problem of precedence. It is substantiated that in the context of a semiotically complicated polycode text, the semiotic interpretation of polymodal units in the media space can serve as a mechanism for overcoming the limitations associated with the classical theory of studying textual reality and the forms of precedence. Based on the material of the English language discourse space, the author analyzes the features of precedence actualization in some media genres and media formats, the functioning of which is largely determined by the format properties of the transmission channel, namely, by an interactive electronic platform, application or media resource. …”

Comparative study of the effects of Tartary buckwheat seed and sprout consumption on the physiological indices and gut microbiota of C57BL/6J mice by Guohui Nan, Haixia Zhao, Qiong Wu, Lisong Liu, Zichao Guan, Chenglei Li, Huala Wu, Dabing Xiang, Qi Wu

    Published 2024-03-01
“…Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) is a well-known pseudocereal for its health and economic value. However, abundant antinutritional factors (ANFs) reduces its health benefits. As reported, germination can improve the nutritional prof ile of grains. In this study, we systematically evaluate the safety of Tartary buckwheat seeds (TB) and Tartary buckwheat sprouts (TBS) used as high active ingredients. After evaluating nutrition levels, bioactive compounds and ANFs in TBS during germinating, 5th-day TBS were selected as the raw material.C57BL/6J mice were gavaged daily with distilled water, TB, or TBS for 6 weeks. The physiological indices related to ANFs were determined. Results showed that the TB intake tends to generate negative effects on the gut microbiota, and organs.Additionally, upon TB intake, the Fe3+ content in serum, trypsin activity in pancreas and jejunum decreased, while the cytokine, IgE, and histamine levels in serum, water content in faeces, cytokine levels in liver and jejunum increased.Conversely, TBS did not induce any obvious negative effects on the above relevant indices and showed better lipid-lowering effect.Altogether, TBS are safer and more effective as a raw material to produce the functional food for long-term consumption with the intention of preventing and treating hyperlipidaemia.…”
