An Adaptive Distributed Consumer Trust Model for Social Commerce by Xiumu Weng, Ding Pan, Yun Jin

    Published 2024-12-01
“…This paper proposes an adaptive distributed trust model. The main features of its algorithm include (1) When calculating product trustworthiness, evaluations from consumers themselves, social networks, and e-commerce platforms are integrated, and the importance of these three sources of trust can change adaptively as consumers learn. (2) When selecting product providers and advisers, the Softmax algorithm is used to deal with the “exploration or exploitation” dilemma in reinforcement learning. (3) Consider the emotional attachment between consumers and advisers. (4) Design a blacklist mechanism to determine alternative product providers. …”

Using the Ship-Gram Model for Japanese Keyword Extraction Based on News Reports by Miao Teng

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In this paper, the sliding window in TextRank is designed to connect internal document information to improve the in-text semantic coherence. The main idea is to use not only the statistical and structural features of words but also the semantic features of words extracted through word-embedding techniques, i.e., multifeature fusion, to obtain the importance weights of words themselves and the attraction weights between words and then iteratively calculate the final weight of each word through the graph model algorithm to determine the extracted keywords. …”

Approximation method of multiple consistency constraint under differential privacy by Jianping CAI, Ximeng LIU, Jinbo XIONG, Zuobin YING, Yingjie WU

    Published 2021-06-01
“…Under differential privacy, to solve the optimal publishing problem with multiple consistency constraints, an approximation method of multiple consistency constraints was proposed by the theoretical analysis of the principle of optimal consistency release. The main idea was to divide the consistency constraint problem into several consistency constraint sub-problems and then achieve the original problem's optimal consistency release by solving each consistency constraint sub-problem repeatedly and independently. The advantage was that after the consistency constraint problem divided, the sub-problems were often easier to solve, or the technology to achieve optimal and consistent release of sub-problems is quite mature. Therefore more complex differential privacy optimal release problem could be solved. After analysis, the approximation method's convergence was fully demonstrated, ensuring that any partition of consistency constrained sub-problems can always achieve the optimal consistency release of the original problem.Furthermore, taking the sales histogram publishing as an example, based on the approximation method of multiple consistency constraints, a parallel algorithm was designed with optimal consistency release under differential privacy. The experimental results show that the algorithm's efficiency is 400 times higher than that of the general solution, and the algorithm can process millions of large-scale data.…”
