Punishment or mercy? Tripartite game between the State, offenders, and victims in China’s environmental crime governance by Xinrui Zhang, Jiashu Zhang

    Published 2025-01-01
“…The simulation results based on environmental crime governance data from 2019 to 2023 indicate that current reforms are primarily oriented towards achieving reparative justice, where environmental restoration outcomes rely on punitive pressure from the State on offenders. To foster a more effective transition towards ERJ, we suggest the State maintain punishment in a moderate level through an environmental punitive compensation system. …”

Big data classification method of non relational distributed submission information under differentiated requirements by Lu HAN, Weiyu CHEN, Fei ZHANG, Jianfeng HE, Huaizhen SU

    Published 2023-06-01
“…The classification method of non-relational distributed submitted information big data under the differentiated demand was studied, aiming at the problem of multi-source heterogeneous, widely distributed submitted information with more differentiated application requirements and inability to distinguish the available information.Firstly, the usability, openness and expansibility of the non-relational distributed submission information database were analyzed. The unstructured database storage TRIP was used to store non-relational distributed submission information by combining the basic requirements of field types. Then, the hashing process within the Hamming hash family was analyzed.Under the constraint of linearity level requirements, cellular automata with multiple attractors were used to optimize the system. The optimal parameters of the multiple attractor cellular automata classifier were improved through genetic algorithm, thus improving the big data classification method.Experimental results show that this method can effectively identify and classify structured data and unstructured data in non relational distributed submission information, and has high classification accuracy.…”

Novel network virtualization architecture based on the convergence of computing, storage and transport resources by Bo LEI, Jianglong WANG, Qianying ZHAO, Yongzhi YU, Mingchuan YANG

    Published 2020-07-01
“…With the development of 5G and edge computing, the multi-level and distributed deployment of basic IT resources such as computing resources and storage resources becomes mainstream. The way to provide users with more convenient and customized services to improve resource utilization becomes a new interest in network. The characteristics and development of the network virtualization, interworking trend and development of various resources,as well as the new requirements of emerging services for resource supply were analyzed. On the basis of the analysis,a network virtualization architecture based on multi-dimensional resource interworking was proposed. That is,multi-party and heterogeneous resources were integrated into a unified resource plane by introducing the process of resource discovery and resource transaction, and then resource slicing and virtualization were performed according to user requirements to meet the flexible resource requirements of emerging services.Resource utilization efficiency was improved effectively and operating cost was reduced.Since the joint optimization of resources involves multiple research fields, the network virtualization architecture will be constantly improved with the development of user requirements and business models, playing an important role for future services.…”

Dynamic resource scheduling strategy for 5G network slicing based on improved greedy algorithm by Qiang CHEN, Caixia LIU, Lingshu LI

    Published 2018-07-01
“…Dealing with the problem of network resource utilization and the user experience, the network slicing as a novel technology is adopted in 5G.A dynamic resource scheduling strategy for 5G network slicing based on improved greedy algorithm was proposed. In the process of slice scheduling and user scheduling,a two layer slice-user model combined with the improved greedy algorithm was proposed, which ensured the slices with maximum service weight and the highest priority users combined together to complete corresponding services. The global resource optimal problem was transformed into a smaller sub problem by means of the optimal combination of each slice and every user, which improved the network resource utilization and the user experience in the meantime. The Matlab simulation results show that compared with existing algorithms, the proposed method could effective improve the system remaining resource utilization, system average QoE level and system throughput.…”
