Cancellation performance of co-site antenna interference cancellation system for AM interference by Yunhao JIANG, Nan ZHAO, Cong LIU, Wenfang DING, Ziqiang XI

    Published 2018-10-01
“…The interference cancellation performance of actual co-site antenna interference cancellation system (CICS) under amplitude modulation jamming signal was analyzed. The expressions of the steady-state weights and theirs structure characteristics of the interference cancellation system under the AM signal were given. The formulae of the interference cancellation ratio (ICR) for carrier frequency and side frequency were derived. The influence factors and the influence rules of the ICR were analyzed. The steady state weights of the interference cancellation system (ICS) were the weighting of the carrier frequency optimal weights and the edge frequency optimal weights according to the power ratio. The increase of the signal bandwidth will increase the discreteness of the carrier frequency optimal weights and the edge frequency optimal weights and lead to the decrease of the interference cancellation ratio (ICR).The decrease degree of the edge frequency ICR was greater than that of the carrier frequency ICR.To improve ICR by increasing the gain was limited. The relationship between the interference cancellation ratio limit and the equivalent transmission delay was given. The design method of the interference cancellation system to improve the ICR under the AM signal was proposed. Finally, the correctness and validity of the theoretical analysis was verified by simulation.…”

Degrees of freedom of MIMO interference channel with distributed space-time interference alignment by Tengda YING, Wenjiang FENG, Weiheng JIANG, Guoling LIU, Chunan YAO, Taotao BAO

    Published 2018-01-01
“…In the context of K-user MIMO interference channel (IC),achievable degrees of freedom (DoF) were investigated with distributed space-time interference alignment (DSTIA).By precoding with distributed current and outdated channel state information at the transmitters (CSIT),new tradeoff regions between achievable DoF and CSI feedback delay/frequency were achieved for MISO system. The impact of the number of transmit antennas on achievable DoF in the MISO system was analyzed, revealing that DoF results approach to the outer bound as the number of transmit antennas increases.Further, the impact of the number of receive antennas on achievable DoF was characterized, deriving the range of CSI feedback delay that preserves achievable DoF in the MIMO system.Theoretical and numerical analyses show that, the proposed DSTIA scheme can achieve better sum-DoFs by eliminating inter-user interference perfectly, tighten the gap between achievable DoF and outer bound,as well as improve the achievable rate of the system.…”

Study on the Influence of OVPD on Pipeline Interference by WANG Lei-lei, GE Cai-gang, MOU Xiao-liang, JIANG Ka-ke, LIU Guo, DU Yan-xia

    Published 2021-06-01
“…A buried steel pipeline paralleled with the subway line has been seriously interfered by the metro stray current. The rail ground potential protection device inside the subway station was frequently switched on.Through synchronous monitoring of the rail/soil potential data and the ON/OFF potential data of the pipeline and the comparative analysis, the interference degree and law of the pipeline by metro stray current under the closed and unclosed state of the over-voltage protection device(OVPD)were studied. Results showed that as the ground potential protection device switched on, the stray current was leaked and absorbed through the grounding grid of the subway station, and the amplitude of the ON/OFF potential fluctuation of the pipeline became large, increasing the interference degree and the length of unprotected pipeline, meanwhile, the pipeline sections close to the grounding grid of subway station and those away from the grounding grid of subway station corresponded to the flowing in or flowing out of the stray current, respectively.Analyses indicated that when the OVPD was switched on, the grounding grid of station became one of the main stray current leakage points of the subway system. In the studied case, the peak of interference occurred at the pipeline section near the subway station and the time of stray current flowing out of the pipeline was less than that of inflow. When the OVPD was switched off, the shift of the pipeline potential in most of the time was related to the rail/soil potential fluctuation, but in a small part of the time, the shift of the pipeline potential was not related to the rail/soil potential fluctuation, indicating that for the studied case, there was other stray current contributing to the interference suffered by pipeline besides the stray current flowing in and out of the measured rail pipeline.…”
