Research on Mechanism and Suppression Technique of Metro Vehicles Traction Motor Bearing Electrocorrosion
Published 2019-07-01“…Firstly, it was pointed out that high bearing voltage was the direct cause of electrocorrosion; secondly, based on the characteristics of metro traction system, the high frequency equivalent circuit of bearing electrocorrosion was established, and the formation of bearing voltage and some influencing factors were analyzed theoretically and experimentally; finally, according to the analysis results, the effectiveness of three bearing voltage suppression measures was verified.The results showed that changing EMI capacitance of traction system had no significant effect on restraining bearing voltage, but reducing the value of high frequency inductance of grounding circuit and installing grounding ring could restrain bearing voltage effectively. …”
