Methodology for managing employee performance in modern commercial organizations. by A. T. Samatoev

    Published 2024-12-01
“…Modelling analysis was performed using the retrospective data of the commercial organization — the period under consideration was equal to   39 months. The calculation assessed the dependence of changes on two indicators that noticeably affect the results: the number of cities where the company is present and the number of positions available in the company; it also determined the likely effect of the increase in labour productivity of employees when using the method. …”

Ultrasonic Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry for Determination of Eight Organophosphorus Flame Retardants in Coatings by ZHANG Ying, LI Yi, CHEN Yezi, WANG Xutao

    Published 2022-01-01
“…A method for the simultaneous determination of eight organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs) in coatings is developed with ultrasonic extraction for preprocessing and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The comparison and optimization of experimental conditions in the ultrasonic extraction process indicate that acetone should be taken as the extraction solvent, and the extraction temperature and time should be set to 30 ℃ and 15 min, respectively;when the extraction is repeated twice, the recovery is good.Quantitative analysis is performed by GC-MS with selective ion scanning, with the linear range of the standard preparation curves being 10~1 000 ng/mL.The results demonstrate that the correlation coefficients of linear regression equations for eight OPFRs are not less than 0.990 4.The detection limits of the method are between 0.04 and 0.26 ng/mL,with the recovery of 79.3%~112.0%,and the relative standard deviations are less than or equal to 6.4%.The application of the method to the determination of OPFRs in coating products from five enterprises shows that TCEP is detected in samples of only one enterprise, with a concentration of 15.22 ng/mL.…”

Modeling and application of production metering for electric pump wells without downhole pressure measurement devices. by Yongcang Ren, Da Guo, Yizhen Sun, Bao Zhang, Jianxin Shen, Yingbin Liu, Yinglin Zhang, Guoxiang Zhang, Jinsong Yao, Xueling Du

    Published 2025-01-01
“…To address the issues of low frequency and high costs associated with the current manual production measurement for ESP wells in the Tarim Oilfield, a study was conducted to develop a digital production measurement method for ESP wells. Based on the principle of energy conservation, where the input power of the pump equals the output power of the motor, and incorporating parameters such as surface tubing and casing pressure, motor current, and motor/ pump performance curves, with viscosity correction of the pump performance curve, a corrected power calculation method was proposed. …”
