Action recognition method based on fusion of skeleton and apparent features by Hongyan WANG, Hai YUAN

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Focusing on the issue that traditional skeletal feature-based action recognition algorithms were not easy to distinguish similar actions, an action recognition method based on the fusion of deep joints and manual apparent features was considered. The joint spatial position and constraints was firstly input into the long short-term memory (LSTM) model equipped with spatio-temporal attention mechanism to acquire spatio-temporal weighted and highly separable deep joint features. After that, heat maps were introduced to locate the key frames and joints, and manually extract the apparent features around the key joints that could be considered as an effective complement to the deep joint features. Finally, the apparent features and the deep skeleton features could be fused frame by frame to achieve effectively discriminating similar actions.Simulation results show that, compared with the state-of-the-art action recognition methods, the proposed method can distinguish similar actions effectively and then the accuracy of action recognition is promoted rather obviously.…”

Active deception defense method based on dynamic camouflage network by Shuo WANG, Jianhua WANG, Qingqi PEI, Guangming TANG, Yang WANG, Xiaohu LIU

    Published 2020-02-01
“…In view of the problem that the existing honeypots often fail to resist the penetration attack due to the lack of confidentiality,an active deception defense method based on dynamic camouflage network (DCN) was presented. The definition of DCN was given firstly, and then the attacker-defender scenario of active deception based on DCN was described.Next, the interaction process of the attacker-defender scenario was modeled by using a signaling game, whose equilibrium can guide the selection of optimal deception strategy.Furthermore,to quantify the payoffs accurately, the two-layer threat penetration graph (TLTPG) was introduced. Finally, the solution for game equilibrium was designed, through which pure strategy and mixed strategy could be calculated simultaneously. The experimental results show that, based on the dynamic camouflage network, the perfect Bayesian equilibrium can provide effective guidance for the defender to implement the optimal defense strategy and maximize the benefits of the defender. In addition, the characteristics and rules of active deception defense DCN-based are summarized.…”

Dam Risk Identification Method Based on EAHP-EWM-TOPSIS by ZHAN Mingqiang, CHEN Bo, TIAN Jufei, HU Zelin, PAN Xinmei

    Published 2024-01-01
“…To address the uncertainty and fuzziness of dam risk indicators, this paper proposes a dam risk identification model based on the EAHP-EWM-TOPSIS game combination model. This is to determine the subjective and objective weights of risk evaluation indicators by extension analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method respectively.Meanwhile, the game theory is introduced to determine the optimal combination weight, and a weighted standardized decision matrix is constructed. Then, the TOPSIS method is employed to calculate the relative proximity between each risk factor and the ideal solution as the basis for ranking risk factors to identify the main risk sources of dams. The engineering example shows that the main risk factors affecting the safe service of the dams are dam seepage and cross-bank seepage, with the relative proximity of 0.712 7 and 0.855 2 respectively. The identified main risk factors are consistent with the actual engineering situation, which verifies the model effectiveness. The differentiation degree of this model is more obvious than other models, providing an effective basis for dam reinforcement and risk management.…”
