    “…The tooth flank shape of plunge gear honing wheel is extraordinarily complex,it is difficult to accurately describe by the analytical method,the analytical calculation of grinding capacity is more difficult.Through three-dimensional modeling software UG/NX,the parametric model of the workpiece gear is realized,the spatial positional relationship between the workpiece gear with a honing wheel blank is established,the process of radial gear honing wheel is simulated,aprecise radial gear honing wheel solid modeling is successfully obtained,and ultimately,the single the tooth flank grinding capacity is got.By analyzing the conclusion,in the middle of the tooth width grinding capacity is at maximum,and more closer to the edge of the tooth width,the smaller the amount of grinding capacity and grinding capacity data base showing on symmetrical about middle transverse section,tooth profile grinding capacity as the decrease of the radius decreases,it is indicating that the radial gear honing wheel tooth profile is not the involute,but closer to the tooth root of the tooth thickness is greater tooth,and this can increase the honing wheel strength and life of the tool.This study laid the foundation for the manufacture of plunge gear honing wheel.…”

    “…For the phenomenon of meshing interference,impact and end contact of spur bevel gear in working,the idea of orthogonal design for isometric modification is put forward,the principle of isometric modification and its manufacturing process is introduced.In order to optimize the effect of modification,the amount of isometric modification,modification height and the modification area of these three factors most affect the effect on modification are identified,three levels of each factor are selected for orthogonal experimental design,and then three-dimensional solid models of standard gears and modification gears are established by SolidWorks,based on gear dynamic FEA simulation analysis with ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the various factors affect the degree of importance on the effect of isometric modification is identified,and then the optimal isometric modification parameters are obtained.Through the simulation analysis,the results indicate that optimal isometric modification not only reduce meshing interference,impact and vibration effectively but also can avoid the edge effect,the load distribution is homogenized,and the bearing capacity of gear pair is improved,it has the comprehensive effect of profile modification and longitudinal modification.The conclusion can provide some references for perfecting isometric modification theory of straight bevel gear.…”
