Non-invasive MRI-based assessment of reactive stromal grade in prostate cancer using diffusion kurtosis imaging and stretched-exponential model
Published 2025-08-01“…Higher reactive stromal grade (RSG) generally portends a poorer prognosis. The aim of the study is non-invasively evaluate RSG by preoperative mono-exponential model, stretch-exponent model (SEM) and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI), and isolate the independent predictor of high RSG (> 50% reactive stroma) in parameters of mono-exponential model, SEM and DKI. …”

Rugularizing generalizable neural radiance field with limited-view images
Published 2024-12-01“…To address challenges arising from under-constrained conditions, our approach employs cost volumes for geometry-aware scene reasoning, and integrates relevant knowledge from the ray-cast space and the surrounding-view space using an attention model. Additionally, a denoising diffusion model learns a prior over scene color, facilitating regularization of the training process and enabling high-quality radiance field reconstruction. …”

Investigation into the prognostic factors of early recurrence and progression in previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and a statistical prediction model for POD12
Published 2025-08-01“…One-way ANOVA and multivariate Cox regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between POD12 and prognosis, and logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of POD12, accompanied by prediction models based on convolutional neural networks and long short-term memory (CNN-LSTM), as well as particle swarm optimization and general regression neural network (PSO-GRNN) models.Results(1) POD12 is significantly correlated with PFS (p< 0.001) and OS (p = 0.008). (2) From the univariate logistic regression analysis corrected by the first-line chemotherapy regimen, LDH, β2-MG, stage, ECOG, NLR, and SII are identified as risk factors for POD12 (p< 0.1), while β2-MG and ECOG are identified as independent risk factors from the multivariate logistic regression analysis (p< 0.05). (3) A prediction model for POD12 is established based on LDH, β2-MG, stage, ECOG, NLR, and SII. …”

A Computational Thermo-Fluid Dynamics Simulation of Slot Jet Impingement Using a Generalized Two-Equation Turbulence Model
