    “…Researchers used the Chinese version of the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire (PSNCQQ) to assess 36 inpatients in pairs, and they collected operational indicators such as average hospitalization days, the ward bed occupancy rate, and number of admissions for comprehensive assessment.Results: Patient satisfaction scores improved from 89.72 (94.44% satisfaction rate) before the intervention to 94.17 (99.12% satisfaction rate) after the intervention, and the paired-samples t-test showed that the difference was statistically significant (t = 5.01, p < 0.001). …”
