    Published 2024-10-01
“…[Methods] Based on the Google Earth Engine platform, Landsat remote sensing images from 2000 to 2020 were selected to construct an ecological environment quality evaluation model with NDVI, WET, LST, NDBSI, and AI indices, and the coefficient of variation, one-way linear regression, and spatial autocorrelation analysis methods were used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution pattern of ecological environment quality in the watershed, and to detect the driving force using the optimal parameter Geographic Detector Model(OPGD). …”

Influence of Refractive Condition on Retinal Vasculature Complexity in Younger Subjects by Mohd Zulfaezal Che Azemin, Norsyazwani Mohamad Daud, Fadilah Ab Hamid, Ilyanoon Zahari, Abdul Halim Sapuan

    Published 2014-01-01
“…A positive correlation (rho = 0.260, P < 0.05) between the Df and the spherical equivalent refraction was detected in this study. Using a linear model, it was estimated that 6.7% of the variation in Df could be explained by spherical equivalent refraction. …”

Expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines in partial target organs of type 2 diabetes mellitus rhesus monkey by Chen Shanshan, Luo Qihui, Zeng Wen, Cheng Anchun, Liu Wentao, Shi Liangqin, Chen Zhengli

    Published 2015-05-01
“…The pathological changes were studied by hematoxylin-eosin staining, and the expressions of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 were observed by immunohistochemistry. Mean density was measured by IPP 6.0 (Image-pro plus 6.0) to evaluate their variation.Neutrophil cell infiltration which means chronic inflammation was observed in hepatic sinusoid of T2DM rhesus monkeys, and hepatic sinusoid of T2DM was wider than healthy rhesus monkeys. …”

Centennial spatiotemporal evolution of AGC in subtropical forests and key driving factors − based on process modeling and geography detector by Lei Huang, Zihao Huang, Xuejian Li, Fangjie Mao, Meixuan Song, Yinyin Zhao, Fengfeng Ye, Lujin Lv, Jiacong Yu, Huaqiang Du

    Published 2025-09-01
“…The results of the study showed that: (1) the correlation coefficients (R) between the simulated and observed AGC values of the BIOME-BGC model are all above 0.7, indicating that the model can effectively simulate the forest AGC dynamic; (2) In the SSP1-2.6 scenario, AGC increased first and then tended to decrease after reaching the peak in 2080; in the SSP2-4.5 scenario, AGC increased year by year; and in the SSP3-7.0 and SSP5-8.5 scenarios, AGC decreased first and then increased year by year; (3) based on the analysis using coefficient of variation (CV), the Theil-Sen Median (TSM) and the Mann-Kendall (MK) tests, the spatial heterogeneity of forest AGC in Zhejiang Province under the four different scenarios was significantly enhanced, and the density of forest AGC was significantly increased; (4) The OPGD factor detection analysis indicated that the primary independent factors influencing the spatiotemporal dynamics of AGC were nitrogen content under the SSP1-2.6 scenario, and atmospheric CO2 concentration under the SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, and SSP5-8.5 scenarios. …”
