“…To solve the damage failure problem of wheeled excavator drive axle housing under the actual working conditions,by using the load change data in actual working conditions,combined with Palmgren-Miner theory,the finite element calculation of wheel excavator drive axle housing working characteristic is carried out and the law of fatigue failure of the wheel excavator drive axle is studied,a finite element analysis method for the fatigue life of wheeled excavator drive axle housing is proposed.The analysis results show that,after the analysis of the actual measured data of load change,find that the obvious stage characteristics exist in the force process of wheel excavator drive axle housing,by measuring changes in the load change data as the basis for wheeled excavator drive axle housing fatigue life calculation based on the actual working conditions,so that the finite element method is more practical fit,it has a greater impact on the slope of the left and right sides of the road running axle load transfer coefficient on the stress distribution of the axle housing.…”
