Analysis of similarity and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test revealed significant differences in the microbial communities of different regions, and we identified genera with large differences in abundance, such as Desmospora and Kroppenstedtia among bacteria, and Pyrenophora and Blyttiomyces among fungi. …”
