The study also found out that to a large extent, human resource planning is effective at BBUC in that it facilitates effective communications and coordination for decision making, helps to create the ability to respond towards changes in the market employment equity and skills, helps to attract and retain best talents which facilitate organization goal achievement, helps to foresee risks, hence reduce unnecessary costs, facilitates employee wellness (occupational health and safety), facilitates students' performance and attracts competent lecturers who can transfer knowledge and deliver consultancy services at high quality. …”
