“…The analysis of the double crank-slider crank mechanism with quick-return characteristic is carried out,the relationship between the quick-return characteristic K and the installation angleφis deduced,the specific method of installation angle adjustment is also discussed.By using the SolidWorks software,the solid model of double crank-slider crank mechanism is established and imported into the virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS,the kinematics simulation of double crank-slider crank mechanism is carried out.The analysis results show that the stable velocity in working stroke is obtained by the main drive mechanism,the variable quick-return characteristics can meet processing requirements of different tooth width,all of these can improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of CNC gear shaping machine greatly.…”
