基于改进EMD的齿轮箱故障特征提取方法研究 by 谌继南, 崔彦平, 王磊, 朱庆芹

    Published 2014-01-01
“…According to Empirical mode decomposition(EMD)generally appearing to end effects in signal processing, combining features of non-stationary vibration signal from gearbox early faults,an improved EMD method is proposed. The method is based on the combination of piecewise Hermit interpolation of order three with extreme truncation and correlation coefficient screening method.Firstly, the piecewise Hermit interpolation of order three is used to calculate envelopes.Secondly, the signal and envelopes are truncated at the extreme the shortest distance to endpoints, and the middle of them is left for further processing.Lastly, after decomposition all of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)are used to calculate correlation coefficients with the original signal,so as to find out main IMFs to be made further analysis. The results show that the improved EMD method can extract faults feature in gearbox effectively.…”

Deep Learning for Anomaly Detection in CNC Machine Vibration Data: A RoughLSTM-Based Approach by Rasım Çekik, Abdullah Turan

    Published 2025-03-01
“…RoughLSTM classifies input data into lower, upper, and boundary regions using an adaptive threshold derived from RST, improving uncertainty handling. The proposed method is evaluated on real-world vibration data from CNC milling machines, achieving a classification accuracy of 94.3%, a false positive rate of 3.7%, and a false negative rate of 2.0%, outperforming conventional LSTM models. …”

Research on Oil and Gas-Bearing Zone Prediction and Identification Based on the SVD–K-Means Algorithm—A Case Study of the WZ6-1 Oil-Bearing Structure in the Beibu Gulf Basin, South... by Zhilong Chen, Renyi Wang, Biao Xu, Jianghang Zhu

    Published 2024-11-01
“…This has been confirmed by the high-yield industrial oil flow obtained from the newly drilled WZ6-1-A3 well. The SVD–K-means algorithm for predicting oil and gas-bearing zones provides a new approach for predicting hydrocarbon-rich areas in complex fault block structures with limited drilling and poor-quality seismic data.…”
