Novel cooperative global spectrum sensing algorithm based on variational Bayesian inference by Ming WU, Tie-cheng SONG, Jing HU, Lian-feng SHEN

    Published 2016-02-01
“…To realize multi-dimensional dynamic spectrum access, an approximate model was proposed for the global power spectral density (PSD)of primary users (PU). Based on the proposed model, a novel cooperative spectrum sensing algorithm was proposed, and its overall flow was also built to obtain global information in the network of PU. …”

Dual-Population Cooperative Correlation Evolutionary Algorithm for Constrained Multi-Objective Optimization by Junming Chen, Yanxiu Wang, Zichun Shao, Hui Zeng, Siyuan Zhao

    Published 2025-04-01
“…To address this issue, this paper proposes a constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on a dual-population cooperative correlation (CMOEA-DCC). Under the CMOEA-DDC framework, the system maintains two independently evolving populations: the driving population and the conventional population. …”

The impact of land acquisition for cooperative housing development on the land environment in Woldia Town, Ethiopia by Nibret Sefiw, Arragaw Alemayehu, Belaynesh Kebede

    Published 2024-12-01
“…The results further indicated that the quality of habitats decreased from 0.79 in 2014 to 0.63 in 2024, due to built-up areas, improper waste disposal, population growth, road expansion, and cooperative housing expansion. Strong negative correlations between habitat quality status and the number of years of habitat quality assessment, built-up areas, waste disposal, population density, roads, and cooperative housing were observed while forest cover showed a strong positive correlation. …”

D2D cooperative caching strategy based on graph collaborative filtering model by Ningjiang CHEN, Linming LIAN, Pingjie OU, Xuemei YUAN

    Published 2023-07-01
“…A D2D cooperative caching strategy based on graph collaborative filtering model was proposed for the problem of difficulty in obtaining sufficient data to predict user preferences in device-to-device (D2D) caching due to the limited signal coverage of base stations.Firstly, a graph collaborative filtering model was constructed, which captured the higher-order connectivity information in the user-content interaction graph through a multilayer graph convolutional neural network, and a multilayer perceptron was used to learn the nonlinear relationship between users and content to predict user preferences.Secondly, in order to minimize the average access delay, considering user preference and cache delay benefit, the cache content placement problem was modeled as a Markov decision process model, and a cooperative cache algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning was designed to solve it.Simulation experiments show that the proposed caching strategy achieves optimal performance compared with existing caching strategies for different content types, user densities, and D2D communication distance parameters.…”
