炭黑对三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯辛烯共聚物共混胶动态性能影响研究 by 董成磊, 孙维胜, 丁志超, 张亚丽, 黄兆阁

    Published 2013-01-01
“…The effect of five kinds of different structure of N220,N330,N550,N660 and N774 carbon black on the dynamic mechanical properties of EPDM/POE on the terms of the same amount of 60phr and the effect of different amounts of N330 carbon black on the dynamic mechanical properties of the EPDM/POE compounds and vulcanizates are researched. The research showed the storage modulus of the EPDM/POE compounds and vulcanizates increased with frequency increasing while the loss factor decrease with frequency increasing.Black gross rubber with higher structure degree and smaller particle size had a greater storage modulus and loss factor in the same frequency. The storage modulus of the EPDM/POE compounds and vulcanizates increased with amount of carbon black increasing. When the strain was less than 20%,the loss factor did not change significantly with the strain variation; When the strain was greater than 20%,the loss factor increased rapidly with the strain increase.…”
