Genome-wide identification of VOZ gene family in ten cotton species and the function analysis of GhVOZ2 involved in heat stress response
Published 2025-08-01“…Further RNA-seq analysis of TRV::GhVOZ2 showed that the down-regulated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were mainly enriched in hormone signal pathways (auxin and BRs), phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthesis, fatty acid elongation, starch and sucrose metabolism pathways, suggesting their potential important roles in heat response mediated by GhVOZ2. Conclusions A total of 44 VOZ genes were obtained in ten cotton species, and GhVOZ2 might perform significant positive function in cotton in response to heat stress via regulating the pathways of hormone signal and metabolisms. …”

The effect of implicit learning on functional connectivity in schizophrenia
Published 2025-06-01“…IntroductionNeuronal plasticity, or the ability to change and adapt in response to experiences, learning, or environment, is frequently disrupted in schizophrenia and contributes to disease-associated cognitive deficits and functional impairments.MethodsIn this study, we investigated the neuroplasticity alterations of schizophrenia patients in the cortico-striato-cerebellar circuits associated with implicit learning using a reward-enhanced Serial Reaction Time Task (SRTT) by resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI). …”

Observation of Brain Functional Connectivity and Activation Characteristics in Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder Based on Functional Near-Infrared Spectros...
Published 2025-02-01“…Meanwhile, the Go/No-go task was selected to evaluate children's response inhibition function, and fNIRS was applied to detect the changes in blood oxygen concentration levels in prefrontal cortex of the two groups of children during the Go/No-go task, and the brain functional activation levels of the two groups during the task were calculated.ResultsCompared with the TD group, the attention deficit score, hyperactivity-impulsivity score, and oppositional defiant score of the ADHD group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). …”
