Pilot functional magnetic resonance imaging study of clemastine‐aided functional recovery on a mouse model of demyelination
Published 2025-03-01“…Its deleterious effects may be reversed by remyelination, a process that restores the integrity of myelin sheaths and, consequently, neuronal function. However, the functional implications of demyelination and remyelination in MS, as well as the potential impact of therapeutic interventions, remain incompletely understood. …”

Photocatalytic properties of SrTiO₃ – Impact of (Co-)doping with Sc, Cr, Co, Ir and La
Published 2025-07-01“…The optical properties of doped SrTiO3 are crucial for solar energy conversion due to their correlation with their efficacy to absorb and convert sunlight to energy. In this study, the impact of La, Co, Cr, Sc, and Ir substitutions on the structural, optical, electrical, and photocatalytic properties of SrTiO3 were investigated by a series density functional theory (DFT) calculation. …”

Functional traits mediate the elevational patterns of functional diversity and community structure of mosses in a tropical mountain area
Published 2024-11-01“…Both biotic and abiotic processes play a significant role in shaping the community assemblages, with environmental variables having distinct impacts. Traits related to structure maintenance, water absorption, cell hydration, and nutrient acquisition were found to be key drivers of functional diversity, while water-utilization traits were mainly responsible for regulating functional community structure.…”

Impact of conventional hemodialysis and hemoperfusion on microinflammation of patients with end-stage renal disease
Published 2015-01-01“…Objective To observe the impact of conventional hemodialysis and hemoperfusion on micro-inflammatory state of patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods From January 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital,68 cases of end-stage renal disease were selected as the research subjects;32 cases subject to conventional hemodialysis as the control group, and 36 cases subject to hemoperfusion as the observation group. The improvement data of renal function,micro-inflammatory state and quality of life of two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in glomerular filtration rate, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine between two groups(P>0.05).After three months of treatment, the glomerular filtration rate was significantly increased, and blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were significantly reduced in two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine and procalcitonin between two groups(P>0.05).After three months of treatment, the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine, and procalcitonin in two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in physical function status of patients[Karnofsky(KPS) scores],and psychological status[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores]between two groups(P>0.05).After three months of treatment, the KPS scores and HAMD scores in two groups got significantly improved(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant between two groups <P<0.05).Conclusions Conventional hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can effectively improve renal function in patients with end-stage renal disease, but the latter is more satisfactory to improve the micro-inflammatory state and the quality of life of patients with end-stage renal disease,so it is the preferred treatment programs clinically.…”
