RESEARCH ON RANDOM VIBRATION FATIGUE OF THIN-WALLED STIFFENED STRUCTURES

    Published 2024-01-01
“…In order to investigate the vibration fatigue characteristics of thin-walled stiffened structures under random vibration loading,a random vibration test was carried out.The structure inherent frequency and modal response were obtained by using the hammering and the sine-sweep method, the cracking time and pattern were recorded. The method for obtaining the fatigue life curve under random stress by revising the fatigue life curve under equal amplitude stress was deduced. Then based on MSC/Patran&Nastran simulation finite-element software, the dynamic response on the fatigue danger point and its random vibration fatigue life were obtained, the effects of creating model methods on the inherent frequency were studied, and the change of damping impacts on the vibration properties was analyzed. The results show that the model stiffness with using mixed element are much closer to the actual structure than only solid or shell, the modal responses under the nonlinear damping are more consistent with the sweep results. Finally, the calculated fatigue life and failure position are in good agreement with the experimental results.…”

Calculation of The Imaginary Part of Atomic Form Factor For X-ray In Nickel by Ahmed Raheem Ahmed, Muhsin Hasan Ali

    Published 2019-01-01
“… In the present study, we calculated the imaginary part of the x-ray scattering factor of nickel based on the principles of quantum mechanics to find a wave function that describes the electronic state of atoms by approximate methods, observed the study suggested that in both low energy values , and at high energy values , the imaginary part is approximately zero, this means that the electrons are intensely connected to the atom, where in the spectrum the photon energies are approximately equal to the electron bonding energy  we note the study pointed out that the imaginary part of the atomic scattering factor become  prominent and the electron becomes highly absorbent, the relative accuracy varies within range (0.03-0.22)%, and there was also a good agreement between the behavior we obtained for the imaginary part of the atomic scattering factor and the behavior that was calculated using other models. …”

The study of Effective and Efficient Organizational Change Processes with an Emphasis on Islamic Management by Fazel Hajizadeh Ebrahimi, Hamid Moakedi

    Published 2025-03-01
“…Managers can evaluate the quality of communication with employees of the organization by receiving feedback (understanding the value of communication between the leader and people). The feeling of need for change should be aroused in the existence of each and every person of the organization. For this purpose, methods such as audio-visual training or holding individual or group meetings can be used (principle of the need for change). The manager should talk to the critics and potential opponents of the change and attract their positive opinion by applying incentive policies (understanding the value of negotiating with the critics).Managers should involve the employees who resist the change in the change plan and give them spiritual and emotional support so that they stop resisting the change (understanding the value of participation and respect).Since changing is a voluntary and conscious process, in order to speed up its implementation, one should trust subordinates and give them authority (understanding the value of trust). The change program must have a divine intention and motivation so that it can be implemented and promoted by the spiritual support of God Almighty.Organizational change and transformation program will not succeed without a monitoring system. …”
