Prediction of subway shield construction parameters based on multi-layer perceptron by LI Wenqian, WU Yunhuan, WU Jingye, CHEN Zhihuai, XIE Senlin, HU Anfeng

    Published 2024-01-01
“…Shield construction technology has been widely used in subway construction, and reasonable prediction of shield tunneling parameters is of great practical significance for improving construction safety and reducing operational difficulties.Taking a section of the Hangzhou Airport Express Underpass Tunnel as the engineering background, this study uses the friction angle, cohesion force, compression modulus and heaviness of the soil layer within the diameter of the tunnel as well as the burial depth of the tunnel cover, the preset blade speed and propulsion speed of the shield machine as inputs, and the slurry volume, slurry pressure, soil discharge volume, total thrust force and blade torque during the shield construction as outputs, and establishes a prediction model of shield tunneling parameters based on a multi-layer perceptron.By comparing the predictive performance of the model under different combinations of hyper-parameters on the dataset, a suitable shield construction parameter prediction model is selected for the project. The model predictive effect is verified using the measured data, and the predicted values are consistent with the overall variation pattern of the measured data, with an average error within 20%.The established multi-layer perceptron model provides reasonable predictions with good accuracy and can be applied to predict shield tunneling parameters under the conditions of composite strata.…”

Empirical study on the evolution of telecom fraud risks driven by artificial intelligence generated content by ZHOU Shengli, XU Rui, CHEN Tinggui, WANG Shaojie, WANG Zhenbo

    Published 2025-05-01
“…The application of knowledge graph and eventic graph technologies in the empirical study of telecom fraud cases driven by artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) allows for a more intuitive tracing of the evolution of risks during the victimization process, which is of great significance for countering and early warning of new types of telecom fraud. Based on data from telecom fraud cases implemented using AIGC, semantic role labeling and dependency parsing were firstly performed during data preprocessing. …”

Assessment of Organic Matter Influence on the Ecological Integrity of Poyang Lake Using O/E Model and Chemical–Biological Indices over the Past Two Decades by Jindong Wang, Wenjie Huang, Chenglian Feng, Hongyang Wang

    Published 2024-12-01
“…The results showed that the benthic community structure is simple, and the biodiversity is low, which is mainly dominated by Insecta in Arthropoda and Oligochaeta in Oroidea, accounting for 84.3% and 42.4%, respectively; the results of the O/E index evaluated under the threshold of probability of capture ≥ 0.5 showed that the health grade of all sections was sub-healthy or average, which was consistent with the results of the chemical–biological composite index evaluation. The dual evaluation method of the O/E model and chemical–biological composite index adopted in this study integrates more than twenty years of long-time scale data; this method combined with long time scale data has not been studied before, and its advantage is that it can more objectively show the change in the ecological situation of Poyang Lake for many years. …”
