Smoothing Filter With a Variation of Coefficients for Tracking a Maneuvering Aerodynamic Target by U. A. Aparovich

Published 2022-03-01
“…During the process of the filter synthesis, three main requirements were considered: the filter must provide a minimum smoothing error in the areas without maneuver; the filter should ensure the minimum possible errors and emissions of smoothing error during the maneuver; filter must not contain additional constants, which take into account, for example, the value of input errors, parameters of target maneuver, period of information modification and so on. In order to meet these requirements a two-fold adjustment (variation) of the coefficients smoothing was used in accordance with the deviation of the coordinate of the newly measured position of the target (mark) from the extrapolated position. …”

Asymptotic solutions of singularly perturbed linear differential-algebraic equations with periodic coefficients by S. Radchenko, V. Samoilenko, P. Samusenko

Published 2023-06-01
“…The developed algorithm for constructing formal solutions of the system is a nontrivial generalization of the corresponding algorithm for constructing asymptotic solutions of a singularly perturbed system of differential equations in normal form, which was used in the case of simple roots of the characteristic equation. The modification of the algorithm is based on the equalization method in a special way the coefficients at powers of a small parameter in algebraic systems of equations, from which the coefficients of the formal expansions of the searched solution are found. …”

Image Segmentation Based on New Modification on Normalized-Cut Algorithm by Khalil Alsaif

Published 2010-12-01
“…In this paper wavelet transformation, and high-high frequency components which hold the edges of the image will be used to replace classical high frequency filters of the old techniques achieved by the normalized cut algorithm ( which used CANNY filter for edge detection). When the new modification of the proposed algorithm applied on the different type of digital images (medical, aerial and natural images) after crossover the CANNY filter by the wavelet high-high coefficients, a very efficient segments were found much better than the segments got before, in addition to a deep information can be seen if the selected segment is projected on the original image to be recognized.…”
