    “…【目的】 了解广州市社区人群中非心源性胸痛(NCCP)的患病情况,探讨相关危险因素【方法】 2009年9月,采用多阶段抽样方法在广州市农林街社区进行入户面访式问卷调查,内容包含Rose心绞痛问卷和中国反流性疾病问卷等采用χ2检验或Fisher确切概率法比较率的差异,多变量logistic回归分析探讨NCCP相关危险因素【结果】 实际调查1707人(男814人,女893人),应答率100%平均年龄51(S = 18)岁过去1年中出现胸痛者共92人(5.4%,95%CI 4.3% ~ 6.5%),61人(3.6%,95%CI 2.7% ~ 4.5%)出现NCCP,NCCP患病率女性高于男性,分别为4.8%和2.2%(χ2 = 8.379,P = 0.004)NCCP人群中8.2%出现烧心和(或)反酸症状,47.5%有高血压病史多变量logistic回归分析显示,在控制了年龄和性别的影响后,NCCP的危险因素有:烧心和(或)反酸(OR=3.8,95%CI 1.1 ~ 12.9,P = 0.034),服用NSAID(OR = 10.5,95%CI 5.1 ~ 21.7,P < 0.001),高血压(OR=2.7,95%CI 1.4 ~ 5.2,P = 0.003)【结论】 广州市农林街社区人群中NCCP常见烧心和(或)反酸,服用NSAID和高血压是NCCP可能的危险因素…”
