The high level is inherent in employees with balanced tendencies, mainly stoic, leadership, sociable profile types, which are characterised by extraversion, general activity, optimism, moderate aggressiveness, positive self-esteem, determination, tendency to self-realisation, defending one’s interests, dominance and self-assertion. …”
