“…هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور قنوات اليوتيوب YouTube للاتحادات والجمعيات المهنية العربية في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات باعتبارها لسان حال المتخصصين وحاملة لواء التطوير في دولتها، من خلال عرض السمات العددية والنوعية لهذه القنوات، وتوضيح مدى تفاعل المتخصصين معها، وتحليل سمات المحتوى الموضوعي لملفات الفيديو المتاحة على القنوات، ومعرفة إذا كانت ملفات الفيديو المتاحة على قنوات اليوتيوب YouTube تساهم في دعم التعلم الذاتي ورفع الوعي المعرفي لدى المتابعين عن التخصص أم لا، بالإضافة إلى إبراز التحديات التي تواجه الاتحادات والجمعيات المهنية للتوسع والتطوير، وأخيرًا قدمت الباحثة اقتراح بمجموعة من الآليات لاستثمار محتوى القنوات تعليميًا وماديًا بشكل يحقق التنمية المستدامة للمؤسسة الأم وللتخصص، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون، وذلك منذ بداية نشأة القناة على منصة يوتيوب وحتى 31/12/2022، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن الإتحاد العربي للمكتبات (أعلم) يُعد أكثر المؤسسات والجمعيات حرصًا على التواجد على أكثر من منصة من منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، خاصة المنصات الأكثر استخدامًا وفعالية وشهرة، كما تصدرت عدد ملفات الفيديو المتاحة خلال 2022 في الجمعية المصرية للمكتبات والمعلومات والأرشيف المركز الأول والتي بلغت 37 فيديو، بالإضافة إلى أن جميع الندوات المتاحة في قنوات عينة الدراسة تقع في صميم التخصص، وهذا يؤكد على أهمية تعريف الطلاب والخريجين بهذه المصادر لتعم الفائدة، وأن قنوات الاتحاد والجمعيات المهنية العربية تحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير والدعم في العمل المؤسسي والابتعاد عن الفردية في الأداء، من خلال تفعيل التعاون بين الجمعيات والأقسام الأكاديمية ورواد التخصص، ليكون الهدف الأسمى للجميع هو رفعة التخصص والمهنة ودعم ومساندة المنتسبين للتخصص لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة للتخصص.…”
