Blood glucose was measured by Accu Check’s glucometer.The result showed an increase in fasting blood glucose level significantly on positive control group (K-) and treated group (P) after induced period, which was 84,83±6,88 mg/dl on negative control group, 220,80±12,29 mg/dl on positive control group, and 248,50±94,55 mg/dl on treated group (p<0,05). …”
