Failure Mechanism and Stability Control of Surrounding Rock of Docking Roadway under Multiple Dynamic Pressures in Extrathick Coal Seam
Published 2020-01-01“…The mechanical mechanism of the nonuniform failure of the retreating roadway and the docking roadway during the final mining period is shown, and the control method of the surrounding rock stability of the roadway is put forward and applied. The results show that (1) through the analysis of the superimposed stress under the concentrated coal pillar and the coal seam in advance, the specific butt joint position is arranged at 860 m away from the open-off cut, which is 10 m away from the goaf of No. 12 coal seam. (2) With the working face 031604 advancing through the process, the deviatoric stress value of the withdrawal roadway gradually increases, the maximum principal stress of the two sides of the roadway deflects clockwise from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, its angle also gradually increases, and the shape of the plastic zone gradually expands from symmetry to asymmetry. (3) It is revealed that the peak value of deviatoric stress on both sides of the docking position of docking roadway increases gradually under the influence of mining and deflects anticlockwise to the vertical direction with the principal stress angle. …”

Hairy transcriptional repression targets and cofactor recruitment in Drosophila.
Published 2004-07-01“…Members of the widely conserved Hairy/Enhancer of split family of basic Helix-Loop-Helix repressors are essential for proper Drosophila and vertebrate development and are misregulated in many cancers. While a major step forward in understanding the molecular mechanism(s) surrounding Hairy-mediated repression was made with the identification of Groucho, Drosophila C-terminal binding protein (dCtBP), and Drosophila silent information regulator 2 (dSir2) as Hairy transcriptional cofactors, the identity of Hairy target genes and the rules governing cofactor recruitment are relatively unknown. …”

The sphingosine‐1‐phosphate signaling pathway (sphingosine‐1‐phosphate and its receptor, sphingosine kinase) and epilepsy
Published 2025-02-01“…Here, we summarize and analyze the role of the S1P signaling pathway in epilepsy, provide a basis for finding potential therapeutic targets and/or epileptogenic biomarkers, analyze the reasons for these controversies, and put forward our opinions. Plain Language Summary This article combines the latest research literature at home and abroad to review the sphingosine 1‐phosphate signaling pathway and epileptogenesis, drug‐resistant epilepsy, epilepsy comorbidities, other diseases that can cause epilepsy, as well as the sphingosine‐1‐phosphate signaling pathway regulators and epilepsy, with the expectation of providing a certain theoretical basis for finding potential epilepsy treatment targets and/or epileptogenic biomarkers in the sphingosine‐1‐phosphate signaling pathway.…”
