CP violation in two-meson Tau decays induced by heavy new physics
Published 2025-01-01“…We discuss our outcomes for the modes with (K/π)π 0 and KK S , that can be studied at Belle-II and a super-tau-charm facility. Our main finding is that current and forthcoming experiments would be sensitive to the maximum allowed CP rate asymmetry in the K ± K S modes if a precision of 5% is reached on this observable, that can check as well the BaBar anomaly in K S π. …”

De la Mer du Nord à la Méditerranée, l’imaginaire maritime des Victoriens
Published 2017-03-01“…The concomitance between these two statements suggests that it is precisely to flee resorts such as Blackpool and its working-class vacationers, that the prevailing view changes its perception of the Mediterranean Sea and discovers the charms of hedonism and of antique balneology. Late-Victorian Neoclassic art makes visually concrete an age of luxury, warm waters and sensual delight and justifies the choice of the travellers who follow Queen Victoria on the Riviera. …”

Azimuthal asymmetries in lepton and heavy-quark pair production in UPCs
Published 2025-01-01“…Compared to these other works, we separate effects that arise from the anisotropies of the GTMDs from those that do not and retain terms proportional to the mass of the produced particles, as they are relevant for muon, charm and bottom quark production. We show that the normalized differential cross section changes considerably with the produced particle mass, which should be discernible in UPCs at RHIC and LHC. …”
