Se concluyó, que la Universidad Cecilio Acosta ha desarrollado formas de atención al estudiantado en referencia al sistema de Estudios a Distancia (EaD), con la finalidad de expandir el mercado y aumentar la matrícula estudiantil, así como incrementar progresivamente la cuota de mercado, destacándose: niveles de atención del sistema de estudio, diseño y desarrollo de los mediadores de aprendizajes, módulos de atención en línea, servicio de atención telefónica, aumento del control de calidad de los servicios ofrecidos, capacidad de servicio y reducción de costos.…”
