The study was guided by four specific objectives: to establish the relationship between use of Mobile Money and Business growth among SMEs in Kabale Municipality, to examine the relationship between Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Business growth among SMEs in Kabale Municipality, to examine the relationship between Debit Cards and Business growth among SMEs in Kabale Municipality, and to examine the effect of Electronic Funds transfers on the business growth among SMEs in Kabale Municipality.A cross sectional research design was adopted to report the findings in a snapshot. The study covered a population of 300 SMEs in the area of manufacturing, trade and services. A sample of 169 SMEs was selected using simple random and purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected using questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using both descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The results show a negligible relation between using EFT and business growth with EFT accounting for as low as 7.0% of the variations in business growth. The use of mobile money transfers significantly affects business growth while the use of ATMs and debit cards do not significantly affect business growth. The study concluded that the relationship between EFT and business growth is very negligibleamong SMEs in Kabale Municipality. Therefore, bankers should make an effort to reach out to the SMEs and give them incentives to open up bank accounts to enable them use the ATMs and Debit Cards. Secondly, SMEs owners shouldembrance banking services in order to use the bank products offered by different banks so that they grow.
