Description
Summary:This report presented the development and deployment of a resource allocation system for Rugarama Hospital, aimed at streamlining and improving the hospital's manual allocation processes. The study focused on designing a robust system to enhance operational efficiency. During the investigation phase, an in-depth analysis of current practices was conducted, incorporating feedback from healthcare staff and administrators. Built using Python and the KivyMD framework, the system follows an iterative, incremental approach. Key features include real-time resource allocation, secure user authentication, and an intuitive interface. After implementation, the system underwent comprehensive testing, user feedback sessions, and adjustments based on insights gained. The report concludes with recommendations for continuous training, regular system monitoring, and integration with the hospital's existing information systems. These findings add valuable insights to healthcare technology, particularly in the development of resource allocation systems for more effective healthcare management.
