A descriptive research method was used for the study, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection and analysis. The descriptive design was appropriate as it effectively addressed the study’s objectives and research questions. Data was gathered solely through questionnaires.
The findings revealed that the majority of respondents (75%) agreed on the impact of financial management practices on the profitability of private enterprises. Additionally, 82.5% acknowledged the vital role of financial management in profitability, and 67.5% agreed that there are other ways to improve the profitability of private enterprises.
The study concluded that implementing a good cash management system ensures better control of financial risk and increases the opportunity for profit. |
