In this research, interview and observation methods were used to collect desired data for the study. The data is analyzed using different softwares for instance MS Excel, word and graphics to produce information that is in the form of words, graphs etc. This study used descriptive research design which utilized qualitative analysis. The design was chosen because it could enable the researcher to capture much of the respondent's views in their own words with in an appropriate time frame. |
