description At present, some parts of the building seismic supports and hangers on the market are non - standard parts, which have various deficiencies. In this work, three kinds of representative building seismic support and hanger products on the market were selected, and the cyclic loading performance and fatigue performance of the building seismic support and hanger were compared based on the analysis of the external dimensions, materials and mechanical properties of the parts. Besides, the existing problems of building seismic supports and hangers were summarized, and the suggestions and prospects for improvement were putted forward.
