INSTITUTION OF URBAN JUDGES IN RUSSIA: FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE EARLY XX CENTURY
The article deals with the peculiarities of formation and work of urban judges in the Russian Empire. The analysis of their activity in the conditions of modernization processes in Russia in the early ХХ century is carried on the basis of statistical data.
