Summary:This study aims to describe the factors that influence health problems among traditional fishermen in Batam City, Indonesian. The research design used in this study is a cross-sectional study. The population of this study totaled 5,739 fishermen, with a total sample size of 285 taken using proportional sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire was carried out in September–December 2022. Data analysis used the chi-squared statistical test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. Results of the study This is the relationship between age, gender, education, years of service, length of work, fishermen's organisation, income, fishermen's insurance, health behaviour, work environment, and lifestyle in Occupational Health Problems.
