| Summary: | The article presents the life and professional activities of representatives of the Nosar medical dynasty. Its founders were the sisters Hanna and Nadiia Lebedynska who managed to obtain a medical education at the beginning of the 20th century and help the sick people. Much attention is paid to the revolutionary Heorhii Nosar (party nickname Khrustaliov) and his surroundings. A harsh fate befell Vsevolod (military surgeon), Yevhen (gynecologist), Anatolii (children’s surgeon) Nosars. Memories of the obstetrician Lidiia Roshba have been highlighted. Historian, teacher Elha Abakshina created an exhibition called “Family saga”, which presented documents from the family archive about the life of five generations of the Nosar family. This is an example of how historical events are reflected in people’s lives — and, conversely, how individuals can influence the history of a country. |
