Description
Summary:The study aimed to assess how aging affects oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) and determine how important dental care is for older people. The database of PubMed Central was electronically searched, and the search strategy was restricted to human studies (cross-sectional, case-control, and single- and double-blinded trials), and full-text English papers published from January 2010 through December 2022. The results showed an evident association between OHRQoL and elderly patients’ dental care, which necessitates preventive and early intervention along with prompt treatment for the elderly.
