Description
Summary:This paper deals with the factors that determine emotional burnout of teachers in modern conditions, based on the allocation of two large blocks (individual and institutional). The paper presents the results of empirical research of ascertaining the degree of prevalence and severity of burnout among teachers in different periods of teaching experience. Experimentally tracked the transition from one stage to another burnout in the process of pedagogical activity (voltage, Resistencia and depletion). The paper studied and diagnosed characteristic for each phase of the symptoms of burnout in teachers. Presents empirical evidence on the relationship of burnout with individual psychological characteristics of personality (low emotional sensitivity, self-doubt, increased anxiety, introversion, unsatisfied attitude to work, inability to build relationships with the boss, low adaptive capacity).
