Description
Summary:The present study aims to interpret the axiology of coupling and coevolution from systems theories, a look at the administration of human capital, specifically teaching staff, to understand these terms they will be basically worked from the vision of the theorists Bertalanffy and Luhmann, as for the methodology that was used the research was developed from the qualitative paradigm, the data collection techniques were documentary review and a semi-structured survey, which was applied to a group of 32 professors from a university. The results showed that teachers can be competitive, and that empathy and connection are the factors that most influence the success of teamwork, also showing that their personal as well as professional development is largely due to the support of their university. Another finding allows us to affirm that this work team is effectively coupled, all this leads to the conclusion that the actions of the institution have generated the appropriate environment for its professionals to develop and for its systems to evolve at the same time.
