<p><strong>A new species of the genus <em>Eustigmaeus </em>Berlese (Acari: Trombidi-formes: Stigmaeidae) from north of Iran</strong></p>

A new species of Eustigmaeus, E. caspianensis Bagheri & Paktinat Saeej sp. nov., is described based on females collected from soil, humus and moss in the Mazandaran and Golestan provinces, Iran.
