Description
Summary:This paper, based on the mechanism of degradation of bilirnbin level in neonatal skin surface layer by light exposure, establishes a mathematical model of intermittent phototherapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. lt could give the va1-iation law of bili11.1bin level with gestational age, and the parameters of the model were identified using clinical monitoring data. According to the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia" , the constraints of the phototherapy program were quantified, and the change trend of the level of bili11.1bin in neonates at different ages was simulated under the two intermittent irradiation programs. The sensitivity of light intensity to reduce the level of bilirubin is fm-t.her analyzed. The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical implementation of phototherapy design.
